So long paci!!!
Yesterday Hailee looked at me with a big, giant, cheesy smile on her face. It was so cute & she looked so pretty. I realized that I never see her smile because it is always hidden behind her paci. So last night before bed I took her paci & cut the tip off of it. I thought she would still want it & that I would gradually cut more & more off of it until it was gone. I gave it back to her & she looked at it & said, "Ewe!" & dropped it on the floor. She didn't even ask for it when I put her to bed. Today she has asked for a few times & when I give it to her she looks at it & drops it. Yeah for Hailee!!!

we always think those kind of things are going to be sooooo hard - they usually are easier than we plan on - but you got away really lucky!!!

Hey! Good idea! I'm sure I will need to use this in a year or so when Morgan needs to give up her paci. Too bad you can't do the same with a thumb. . . then Paige would be cured too hee hee!
yay Hailee! That's a really good idea to do that. That's funny that she just didn't really want it after that. I miss you guys! I never see you. We'll have to meet up sometime for lunch or something.
